The State Department Games Continue

In September of 2010 The Obama Administration appointed Samantha Powers to be the Point person on the japanese abduction issue. Despite the passage of H Res 1326 on September 29th, over 90 days have passed and the parents of the japanese government abductee's have yet to receive the time of day from Ms. Powers or any recognition of concern from the President.

As a participate of the September 2010 State Department closed Town hall meeting I was lectured to by Asst Sec of State Kurt Campbell about how unimportant our issue was to Congress. His reasoning was that in the year of meeting with us, he had only had 1 member of Congress question him about our issue. We were cajoled to make a greater effort if we expected the Administration to raise the level of importance concerning our children. On September 29th The House of Representatives passed H Res 1326 condemning japan for International child abduction.

It was such a surprise to see the change in Campbell’s attitude when he testified before the Foreign Affairs committee on Pacific Islands. As if he had an epiphany, with a come to Jesus moment, Campbell assured Congressman Smith of New Jersey that he understood the importance of H Res 1326.

Yet, President Obama had a precedent 2 week Far East jaunt with 2 meetings with the japanese government and No public announcement about the 300 children held captive in japan was made.

Recently the Justice Department hired a bias expert to undermine the State Department efforts to return the US Citizen children abducted with the collusion of the japanese government. The bias expert, working both sides of the street, held an all expense paid lecture and client fishing expedition in japan, dangling the prospect of his support for their myth alluding to the abuse of the abducting parents and that these sorely abused parents and the japanese government were only acting in the best interest of the child.

Using the conjecture of the bias expert and the japanese government, one can only assume that the 5 missing children taken to North Korea 30 years ago were runaways fleeing a abusive home life. As outlandish as this sounds, we the parents of the 300 abducted children have the right to question the silence of the Obama Administration regarding our children. Over and over we have been given the assurance of Asst Sec. of State, Campbell that the profile of our issue was going to be publicly raised by the Administration. Over and over we have trudged to DC waiting for a public show of support with just a photo op or a handshake from Sec of State Clinton or President Obama. We have watched with broken hearts as both Sec Clinton and Obama have met publicly with the parent's of the 5 missing japanese, and waited for a glimmer of recognition about the whereabouts or welfare of the 300 missing US citizen children.

Yet here we come to Washington DC again, at our own expense, to be cajoled and managed by the State Department into a compliant little group of smiling happy campers waiting with baited breath for Santa Obama, with his personnel elf Samantha Powers, to drop down the chimney with our children wrapped up in fancy paper and pretty bows.

In reality we are being lead down the primrose path with another meeting with another State Department flunky, appointed over a half a year ago, who couldn’t be bothered to show up at the September meeting. One can only wonder if it is the intention of The State Department to wear us down, as one child after another, ages out of their system. A day is 24 hours, a month averages 30 days and a year 12 months. Every 24 hours another day of my daughter's life is stolen from me.

Only The japanese can legally deny the Holocaust

Denial of the Holocaust Is a Crime except when it comes to the atrocities committed by the japanese. For 14 years Asia was subjected to a self titled war of liberation from the European colonist, by the merciless sword points of the japanese. Few people realize that for every Jew murdered by the Nazi’s, 17 Chinese were slaughtered by the japanese. Deemed vermin by the racist japanese helpless Chinese men, women and children were subject to inhuman deaths ranging from living bayonet targets to live vivisections conducted by japanese doctors to studying the effects of germ warfare experiments.

Rape and mutilation were the rights of the conquering soldiers. War crimes and human rights abuses were a badge of honor granted to the japanese warriors as part of their so-called code of honor. Even members of the sterile royal family participated in the carnage, though later held unaccountable by their status of living gods.

Japanese newspapers carried stories of contests demonstrating swordsmanship and stamina as japanese officers timed there ability to sever 100 Chinese heads. Massacres of entire villages were celebrations as heads were counted and piled into mounds for trophy pictures to be sent home to family and friends.

Despite there code of the warrior known as Busido, the japanese cowards went to extremes to cover up their atrocities. Untold numbers of the japanese aristocracy and military develop selective amnesia in regards to their war crimes. Wholesale destruction of evidence was ordered by the brave warriors who choose the path of deception to avoid the point of their own swords and the ritual suicide demanded by busido for their failure. An engineer, turned University professor, who was responsible for the Thai Burma railroad of death, lied to his students and denied the reports of human rights abuse and war crimes and linked the deaths of thousands of British pow’s to there inability to adjust to a rice diet.

The United States government is complicit in the cover-up of the Asian holocaust. In exchange for the research results of the inhuman experiments conducted at Unit 731 they helped the cowardly japanese war criminals avoid public humiliation and the necessary seppuku death demanded by Bushido.

En masse the cowardly warriors of japan have conspired to hide their war crimes. Exercising control of the government the war criminals and their offspring have outlawed the truth and rewritten history to cover their crimes. Their shame has been covered up by a nationwide agreement to avoid the truth, deny the facts and glorify a non existent past based on lies. The honor of the samurai is taught as propaganda yet the very criminals that exercised the right to humiliate their opponent for surrendering refused to obey this code by committing seppuku for their defeat. Japan is a nation of liars wearing a mask they call honor. A nation hiding in fear of the truth.

japan endangers US Servicemen And Women

"japan endangers US Servicemen and Women !!!!

Tensions in Korea are heading for the boiling point of War and japan plays games with the lives of US Serviceman and women. After years of delaying the Six Nation talks with North Korea, China and The US, japan continues to play political games over the abduction of 5 children taken 35 years ago and refuses to allow the crucial talks to continue until their mendacious and specious claims over these unaccounted children are answered.

Currently the hypocrites of the japanese government hold close to 3000 children from numerous nations captive, including 300 from the United States. They arrogantly ignore international law and the Human Rights of these helpless victims to be repatriated to their homeland. Openly aiding and abetting in the international abduction of these children, the criminals of the japanese government repudiate legal reciprocity agreements to extradite child abductors, including their obligations to the US, yet they appear in the courts of foreign countries demanding the return of children abducted from japan and the prosecution of the gaijin parental abductors.

The criminal government of japan openly flaunts its possession of these abducted children. The japanese further insult their allies of opportunity, by using their kangaroo family court system to sever the childrens citizenship from their native country and cut them off from friends and families. Openly ignoring UN Humans Rights treaties the japanese show that they operate outside the Family of Nations and that they are a moral aberration.

Over one third of the japanese child abduction cases involve active duty US Military servicemen and veterans, who have risked life and limb to protect these racist hypocrites. Too many of these young victims fall prey to the racist policies and attitudes of so-called normal japanese society. Because they are biracial or gaijin they are considered Eta, unclean, subhuman, defective, inferior and unfit to be in contact with true japanese. Young and helpless children to often fall into the trap of the immoral traditions of this unctuous race and commit suicide.

The US Government behaves like a Pecksniffian admiring the tie of its banker and allows the japanese to play a pharisaical game of face enabling the destruction of the lives of these innocents. Refusing to confront japan publicly the United States openly allows the criminal government of japan to co-op the citizenship of these US born children and stands hat in hand cajoling them to sign the Hague treaty, while faining indignation at the North Koreans for past transgressions regarding 5 unaccounted for abductees.

Refusing to meet publicly with the parents of the japanese abduction victims, President Obama and Sec of State Clinton play sycophants to the japanese ministry of foreign affairs and hold dinners and press conferences with the doddering parents of the five missing japanese. The two shed public tears of indignation over the loss of a handful of japanese children while publicly denying the rights of 300 helpless American Children, instead handing them over to the criminals of the japanese government with the Kiss of Judas.

We cannot continue to allow our US Service men and women to risk their lives for the political gamesmanship of the criminal government of japan. We must stand up for the citizenship of these US children and demand that the japanese recognize their rights, their citizenship and to return them immediately to the sovereign country of their birth.

Japanese Atrocities, War Crimes and Human Rights Abuses

Today as the japanese government beheads the parental rights of American Citizens and their U.S. born children, we are reminded of the many atrocities, war crimes and human rights abuses practiced by the so called royal family of japan and their militaristic cohorts in the past century.

It is pathetic that today the Government of the United States stands as helpless as ever to defend the rights of US Citizens against the criminal government of japan. Just as they did when japan invaded China and the many helpless nations of the Far East, The United States stands straight jacketed by the two faced game of diplomacy played by the japanese while our children are sacrificed. Let's not forget that these japanese criminals committed countless crimes of murder, rape and unspeakable horrors and human rights abuses under the guise of diplomacy. The japanese government has openly aided and abetted in the abduction of these children in defiance of U.S. and International Law. Passports have been knowingly issued under false names and in defiance of US Family Court orders to aide the abducting japanese parent in their kidnapping. Upon arrival in japan, the kangaroo court system of family law quickly negates the US citizenship of the children and the rights of the US Parent. The japanese government aides in the crime by denying the citizenship of these children and the Government of The United States of America rolls over like a supplicant dog and allows the japanese to co-op the citizenship of our children.

Just as japanese war criminals joyously vivisected living men, women and children in the name of the japanese emperor and his murderous family. We, the parents of these U.S. children, watch helplessly as our children are cut off, brainwashed and alienated from their Families and The United States of America.

Recently when deporting Brazilian-japanese foreign workers of impure diluted japanese blood, Minister Kawasaki openly espoused the racist policies of the japanese government. Joyous at the expulsion of these impure japanese Brazilians, he openly gloated, I do not think that japan should ever become a multiethnic society. Our own children being gaijin or worse of tainted mixed blood, are openly held in contempt by so-called normal japanese society. These children are held up and ridiculed by their racist japanese classmates. Recently a young 12 year old mixed blood Filipino-japanese girl hung herself after enduring isolation and bullying at school.

Remember japan is a nation that openly protects child pornography as a right of privacy, a country where old men solicit sex from 13 year old girls to bolster their declining manhood in celebration of deflowering virgins. Where the war crimes, atrocities and human rights abuses committed by its so called inbred, sterile, royal family and its people are hidden by government law, lies and cover ups.

Our kidnapped children are citizens of The United States of America and they have been abducted and held captive with the consent and aid of the japanese government.

"We Say To japan Release Our Children NOW!!!!!

Do Fathers Rights Leaders Understand Nonviolent Resistence

Many people ask why Boycott Florida orange juice and California wine? There are many proponents of the Fathers rights movement that profess a belief in the teachings and sayings of Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King. Yet when you delve into their knowledge of the practices of Gandhi and King you find that they have only scratched the surface when studying the methods of these two leaders. Gandhi set forth a very specific template of actions in order persuade the British to leave India. Despite the fact that he made incredibly moving speeches to persuade his opponents it was the actions of his followers that drove his point home. Gandhi believed that if he could not persuade you he would find someone else that could. This was achieved by the economic boycott of the British monopolies on salt and cloth. Gandhi didn’t hesitate to put thousands of Englishmen out of work. It was the discontent of these out of work Englishmen that eventually convinced the British government to concede defeat. So why Florida orange juice and California wine? It should be evident to anyone the value of these agricultural commodities to each state. California reaps over $1 billion a year from its wine industry. Florida spends millions promoting orange juice and tourism. Yet neither state gives a damn about the rights of a divorced father! In keeping with the boycotts of British salt, cloth, the Birmingham bus companies and the white own businesses of the segregated South we are instituting a worldwide boycott of Florida orange juice, California wine and their theme parks. If these states are prepared to ignore the voices of so many disenfranchised fathers then they will surely listen to the complaints and pain of their growers and corporate theme park owners. So join us as we spread the pain and suffering of our children and fathers across the entire states of Florida and California. Remember once these states fall and grant Fathers’ equal rights and equal custody this boycott will be shifted to other deserving states such as Vermont, Michigan, Minnesota, Virginia and the many other states that turn their backs on the Rights of Fathers and the Happiness of our Children.

Our Children Our Lives Our Right to Fight Back

One of the most underused but powerful weapons the individual has to effect political and social change in this money driven world of ours is their purchasing power. It’s underused because in America’s consumer obsessed society the relationship between "shopping" and “political action” is not an immediate connection to most people. This action also requires organizational and communications resources to implement. An article in the Financial Times (London) entitled "How should Companies Respond to Boycotts" (November 16, 1998, Monday) tells us:

The use of boycotts as a coercive marketplace tactic has increased in recent years and is expected to rise further. One reason for this is that consumer protests are proving more successful than in the past, both because those who organize boycotts are adopting more sophisticated tactics and because more consumers are supporting and joining organizations with explicit social and political agendas. The prudent marketing manager no longer worries just about product and service quality. Monitoring deeper feelings towards the business and its home country may be critical in preserving customer relationships.

The single most important factor for the increasing success of consumer boycotts is the development of global communications; fax, email, satellites the proliferation of cell phones and the explosion of the internet. The internet alone has dramatically improved the opportunities for boycotts by providing individuals access to every kind of information imaginable and permitting individuals to disseminate their views world-wide through web-sites or discussion groups.
Even in the old days economic boycotts were conducted and often succeeded. Gandhi's Swadeshi
campaign to boycott English textiles was the first effective demonstration of the shakiness of British rule in India. Gandhi's campaign caused a lot of suffering in Britain. Thousands were jobless and a large number of textile mills in Lancashire were closed.

The most recent demonstration of the power of economic boycotts was demonstrated in South Africa with the fall of apartheid. The boycott and international sanctions hurt the black community, nevertheless the resolve of South African blacks and their leaders never wavered. In the US, alumni and students insisted that their Universities divest their trust funds of large blocks of stock in companies doing business in South Africa. Even after Nelson Mandela was released and a number of important reforms put into place, the ANC called for the continuation of international sanctions until apartheid was completely dismantled and a transitional government was in place.

Most of the activism for Fathers Rights has been on the symbolic level: Father’s Day Marches, parades, demonstrations, law suits, Press Grabbing Civil Disobedience, etc… All these activities are important. They are powerful on a symbolic level and serve to renew the commitment to the cause. They also attract sympathy and publicity for the cause of Fathers Rights and create a greater awareness of Fathers in the world. Yet after the event members and supporters go home, put up their signs and wait for the next event to happen.

Another form of activism has been the petitioning of governments, leaders and world bodies to intercede on our behalf. All the letter writing campaigns to presidents, prime-ministers, senators, congressmen, governors, parliamentarians, are in effect forms of petitioning. Even our so called meetings with government heads, can be put in this category, as we bring no form of pressure or threats to bear in these talks. We as a group have to appeal to the other sides generosity, compassion or whatever for help. However important these efforts appear they are still passive and a form of supplication.

Its time we take a course of action that is not just symbolic or an act of supplication but a direct blow at Family Court tyranny. We must do something that causes a tangible injury, loss or disadvantage to the individual states. We must also think in terms of what causes pain to the individual states and not necessarily what gives us activists and participants satisfaction. Boycotts will empower our membership, their families and friends with an ability to strike back from their own homes. A direct action for Fathers rights and Equal Parenting. Right at this moment the States of Florida and California are incredibly sensitive to economic loss. Any type of economic injury would hurt both California and Florida. One person not buying agricultural products grown and processed in Florida or California and bypassing their Theme Parks would cause, let us say, a loss of $1000 annually to the Florida and California economy, which may not seem much. But the fact remains that it is a loss to both California and Florida. No matter how small it is at least real, tangible and quantifiable; and therefore far more valuable and effective than all the promises and assurances Fathers have received from National and State leaders, politicians and ‘experts’.

It is a solid starting point. If five thousand Families in the US refused to buy Florida or California goods we could be causing $5,000,000 loss to both of them every year, which may not seem like much, but if each of these 5000 people recruited ten friends each…? And so on?

On Fatherless Day we can move past the symbolic and begin a direct action that will empower our movement and lift us from the passive supplicate holding the beggars cup for our god given rights to be parents.

On June 13th Let Fatherless Day Begin the Boycott!!!

Most of the myths and misconceptions surrounding Gandhi have to do with nonviolence. It’s surprising how many people have the idea that nonviolent action is purely passive. Let’s be clear about this: There is nothing passive about Gandhian nonviolent action. Gandhi helped create this confusion by referring to his method as “passive resistance,” he soon changed his mind and rejected the term.

Gandhi’s nonviolent action was not an evasive strategy, nor a defensive one. Gandhi was always on the offensive. He believed in confronting his opponents aggressively. In this way they could not avoid dealing with him.

Some political dreamers that have seen the movie or read a book of quotes ask? Wasn’t nonviolent action designed to avoid violence? That depends on whether you were a follower or a opponent. Gandhi avoided violence toward his opponents, but couldn’t care less if you did violence toward himself or his followers.

To Gandhi the nonviolent activist, like any good soldier in the trenches, had to be ready to die for the cause. In fact, during India’s struggle for independence, hundreds of Indians were killed by the British.

Gandhi pointed out three responses to oppression and injustice.

One was the coward’s way: to accept the wrong or run away from it.

Second was to stand and fight back with force. To Gandhi this was better than acceptance or running away.

The Third Way was the best of all and required the most courage: to stand and fight only by nonviolent means.

One of the biggest myths about nonviolent action is that Gandhi invented it.

Gandhi is often called “the father of nonviolence,” and while he did raise nonviolent action to a level never before achieved, it wasn’t his invention.

The book “Gandhi as a Political Strategist,” shows that Gandhi and his colleagues in South Africa were well aware of other nonviolent struggles prior to their adoption of such methods. In the years before 1906 they’d been impressed by mass nonviolent actions in China, Russia, India and among blacks in South Africa itself. Some of the best examples of nonviolence come from right here in the United States, in the years leading up to the American Revolution. To oppose British rule, the colonists used many tactics similar to Gandhi’s and they used these techniques with more skill and sophistication than anyone else before the time of Gandhi.

For instance the Boycotts of British imports were organized to protest the Stamp Act, the Townshend Acts, and the so-called Intolerable Acts. The campaign against the latter was organized by the First Continental Congress, which was originally a nonviolent action organization. Almost two centuries later, the boycott of British imports played the pivotal role in Gandhi’s struggle against colonial rule.

The forms of Satyagraha which could be conducted in a manner consistent with the love-ethic are negotiations, arbitration, agitation, demonstration, economic boycott, strike, nonpayment of taxes, and noncooperation. Violence may enter into any one of these, but violence may enter into complete withdrawal in the form of hate. These modes of social action represent love insofar as they retain emotional and physical discipline and are performed in the interest of a suffering minority or in the interest of justice. Inherent in both the principle of nonresistance and Satyagraha are the self imposed criteria which test the rightness of the cause and the action employed.

Gandhi’s "Satyagraha” is a principle of social action that informs and controls the conduct of the conflict. with the requirements of truth, nonviolence, and self-suffering. The positive expression of Gandhi’s love-ethic is to 'overcome evil with good'."

Lets Bring this Movement to the Next Level!! On June 13th Let Fatherless Day Begin the Boycott!!!
